6. Data Retention

When you close your account, we delete or anonymize your personal data within 90 days, except where we're required to retain it for legal compliance.

7. International Data Transfers

AGI Dialect operates globally. Your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States and other countries where we or our service providers operate.

For transfers from the EU/EEA, we use Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission and implement additional safeguards to ensure your data receives adequate protection.

8. Children's Privacy

Our services are designed for businesses and not intended for individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn we've collected data from a child, we'll delete it promptly.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. When we make material changes, we'll notify you via email or through a prominent notice on our platform at least 30 days before the changes take effect.

Continued use of our services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
