Senior AI Engineer

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior AI Engineer to lead the development of our core agentic infrastructure. You will work at the intersection of LLMs, reinforcement learning, and distributed systems to build autonomous agents capable of complex reasoning and task execution.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable architectures for autonomous AI agents.
• Optimize LLM inference pipelines for latency and cost.
• Develop evaluation frameworks to measure agent performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with product and design teams to translate user needs into technical specifications.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to our engineering culture.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 2 years focused on ML/AI.
• Strong proficiency in Python and PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Experience deploying LLMs in production (e.g., vLLM, TGI, TensorRT-LLM).
• Solid understanding of distributed systems and microservices architecture.
• Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Milvus).

Nice to Haves

• Published research in NLP or RL.
• Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or AutoGPT.
• Contributions to open-source AI projects.
